Why use our online system?

• 24/7 Access: Each rider or part-boarder (or legal guardians for minors) receives unique login credentials. This allows you to check the schedule and manage your sessions from anywhere using your smartphone, tablet, or computer.

• Spontaneous Booking & Cancellation Policy: View availability up to six weeks in advance. You can book free slots spontaneously until shortly before the session starts. However, please note that cancellations and changes are only possible up to 24 hours before the scheduled time.

• Balance & Usage Transparency: Keep full track of your credits. The portal provides a clear overview of your current balance and a detailed history of your attended training sessions.

• Recurring Slots & Management: For those with fixed weekly slots, credits are deducted 7 days prior to the appointment. If you cannot attend, ensure you cancel at least 24 hours in advance to reuse the credit for another available time slot.
